No Return & No Refund Policy
All orders are throughly checked before dispatch. Once an order has been successfully delivered to the customer, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final after successful delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
After reviewing the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
